Stay-to-Play Policy

Official Tournament Hotels

MAYhem in the Bayou is a Stay-to-Play tournament. All participating teams are required to book their hotel accommodations through one of the official tournament hotels listed below. Failure to comply will result in a $500 penalty per team. Hotel booking links will be provided upon registration confirmation.

$500 per team penalty for non-compliance — Teams not booked through an official hotel will be assessed a $500 penalty and may be removed from the tournament.

I acknowledge the inherent risks of participation and release United Kids Basketball Club and MAYhem in the Bayou from all claims arising from tournament participation.

I acknowledge the Stay-to-Play Policy

I understand my team must book accommodations through an official tournament hotel. Failure to comply will result in a $500 penalty per team and potential removal from the tournament.

I agree to the Code of Conduct

All coaches, players, and spectators associated with my team will conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner. United Kids Basketball Club reserves the right to remove any individual or team for inappropriate or disruptive behavior.

I acknowledge the Refund & Cancellation Policy

I understand the $495 registration fee is non-refundable once submitted. In the event of tournament cancellation by the organizers, fees will be credited toward a future event. Tournament schedule and format are subject to change at the organizers' discretion.

Legal Disclaimer: Registration fees are non-refundable. Tournament schedule, divisions, and format are subject to change at the discretion of the organizers. United Kids Basketball Club reserves the right to modify tournament rules, dates, or venue with reasonable notice to registered teams.
